In this paper, a comparative study of two different extraction procedu
res (liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and solid-phase extraction (SPE))
for procymidone in water and wine samples, and their application to wi
ne samples of La Rioja is presented. For each procedure different para
meters have been evaluated. The determination has been performed by ga
s chromatography, using an electron capture detector (ECD), and the in
ternal standard method as quantification procedure.
