Abstract
General formulas for the calculation of the hyper-Wiener index, R, in regular dendrimers are proposed. They are derived on the basis of Rand ic algorithm(2) by using progressive vertex degrees and orbit numbers( 3) as parameters. A second evaluation of R is made on the ground of Kl ein-Lukovits-Gutman formula.(4)
