Abstract
The crystal structure of [Au(C6H5S)(C18H15P)] contains two Au(I) cente rs; each Au(I) is almost linearly coordinated [P-Au-S bond angles of 1 79.0 (1) and 175.9 (1)-degrees] and an Au(I)...Au(I) intramolecular di stance of 3.154 (2) angstrom is found.
