Abstract
The vascularisation of the spinal ganglion of the cat was investigated by vascular corrosion casts. The A. radicularis dorsalis, a branch of the A. nervomedullaris, was found to be the main vessel for the spina l ganglion. This artery guarantees a perfect supply by means of a very dense network of capillaries, which is situated in the capsule of the organ as well as in the depth between the nerve cells. The distance b etween two capillaries amounts about 50 mu m.
