Abstract
In this paper I introduce a global Rankin-Selberg integral representin
g the symmetric fourth power L-function for GL(2). I show that the glo
bal integral is factorizable and compute the local unramified integral
s. Finally, I also study some other properties of the local nonarchime
dean integrals.
