B. Sarapatka et Z. Stransky, CORRELATION BETWEEN STANDARD AND ISOTACHOPHORETIC DETERMINATION OF AVAILABLE NUTRIENTS IN SOILS, Fresenius environmental bulletin, 4(11), 1995, pp. 661-666
Simultaneous determination of numerous available nutrients can be achi
eved in one step by means of electromigration methods, including isota
chophoresis (ITP). Our goal was to explore the possibilities of access
ing both cations and anions in soil by means of capillary isotachophor
esis and of showing possible correlations with the standard methods. T
he displacement percentages of the respective ions were 17.3 % in Ca2, 20.0 % in Mg2+, 51.4 % in K+, 22.6 % in PO43- and 72.1 % in NO3- com
pared with the standards methods.
