A decision support system (ISPM) to assist the user in personnel caree
r management is presented. The system has been designed mainly to deal
with the problem of establishing what training a human resource shoul
d undergo before occupying a job position. However, the system is also
able to suggest both a set of job positions for a human resource with
a given competence and the possible relations of a new job position i
nside an existing job-organization structure.
