SYNTHESIS OF SOME NEW 2-AMINO-BENZOTHIAZO LE-6-SULFONAMIDES

Five new literature uncited compounds were obtained from 2-amino-benzo thiazole-6-sulphonamides series substituted at the sulphonamides group with: pyrimidyl- 5-methxy-pyrimidyl-, 3,4-dimethyl-iso-oxazolyl; 1-ph enyl-pyrazolyl and quinoxalyl- groups. The synthesis were done through modification and corresponding adaptation of the thiocyanation method described in literature for obtaining other 2-amino-benzothiazoles 6- substituted, being reproducible in the established conditions. The com pounds were isolated under free amines and picrates and were character ized by melting points, elementary analysis (C, H, N), molecular masse s (Rast method), IR and electronic spectres.
