Abstract
A structural examination has been performed on boron nitride (BN) grap hite-like modifications obtained by crystallization from boron nitride solutions in supercritical ammonia at high pressures and temperatures . A clear tendency has been observed to a variation of the crystal cut with change in the lattice symmetry. A dislocation structure of rhomb ohedral BN has been studied for the first time.
