Rhigonema euprepeia n. sp. is described from the gut of a glomerid mil lipede from Vietnam. It is characterised by: short body length; very l ong reflexed ovejector comprising a short vagina vera a and a long vag ina uterina; absence of a vaginal diverticulum; densely pilose cervica l region, the delicate microtrichs having reflexed lips; spicules prox imally hamate with a Small velum surrounding each distal tip; and copu latory papillae disposed as in the African and Indian species, i.e. th ree pairs of post-cloacal papillae subdorsal or lateral in position. S canning electron micrographs of the cephalic and cervical regions prov ide details of the pilosity and supplement the description.
