Abstract
Goldenoic acid (1), a new diterpene acid has been isolated from the ch loroform extract of the whole plant of Solidago sempervirens and its s tructure is elucidated, as 9 alpha-benzoyloxy-3 beta-hydroxylabda-7, 1 3-dien-15-oic acid by spectral analysis.
