Results of measurements of the surface integral direct solar radiation
by actinometer and of the total solar radiation by piranometer in clo
udless condition are discussed in this paper. Experimental data of the
total solar radiation Q Wt/m2 are approximated by functions a sin(h)b
, where h is the height of the sun. Coefficients a and b are calculate
d for transmittance of the atmosphere 0.7; 0.65; 0.6; 0.5. The results
were compared with simultaneous measurements in Moscow, model calcula
tions and statistical data. The aerosol scattering albedo, characteris
tic for cloudless atmosphere of Zvenigorod in summer and autumn 1992 i
s evaluated by comparison of our data with model. Properties of cloudl
ess atmosphere (the transmittance, the Linke's factor, the optical thi
ckness) are evaluated using measurements of the surface integral direc
t solar radiation. The comparison with statistical data shows the abno
rmally high pollution of the atmosphere. The parameterization of fluxe
s of total padiation in the cloudless condition is recommended for con
ditions of the Zvenigorod experiment.
