Abstract
The findings in two patients with histologically pr oven synovial hema ngioma of the knee are described. Both cases emphasize the typical app earance of this unusual tumor on magnetic resonance imaging. Additiona l radiologic findings, such as adjacent osseous involvement, are discu ssed.
