Abstract
A new procedure is suggested for determining the grain size compositio n of polydispersed powders with a microscope. It is based on dividing the whole size range into four parts. The number of grains in the fiel d of view is determined for each part separately at a magnification le vel corresponding to each parr. The method developed assumes that samp les are homogeneous.
