Abstract
We describe the case of a 72-year-old man who developed unilateral dig ital necrosis, four years after diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). The etiology of this paraneoplastic phenomenon appears multiple . The digital necrosis responded well to an aggressive varied treatmen t. The unusual association of CML with digital necrosis and the etiolo gy of this rare paraneoplastic complication are discussed.
