Abstract
A 55-year-old male underwent detailed angiological and biochemical inv estigation because his daughter suffered from myocardial infarction in the 29(th) gestational week. An inborn familial plasma factor defect and increased Lp(a) were detected. Localized vascular changes were fou nd in the right femoral artery while the resting vascular system was n ormal. Anamnestic data revealed a testicular cancer and therapeutic ir radiation in that area (5000 rad) 12 years ago.
