Abstract
A 70-year-old woman developed transient monocular blindness (TMB) in t he setting of a perfused incomplete central retinal vein occlusion (CR VO) and primary open angle glaucoma. Her visual symptoms and fundus ch anges resolved after intraocular pressures were normalized. Perfused C RVO should be included in the differential diagnosis of TMB.
