Abstract
SUPER-REGENERATIVE reeivers offer design simplicity and low power cons umption in applications such as wireless security systems and short-ra nge RF data links. A number of equations suitable for computer solutio n have been derived to describe the performance of tunnel diodes that are used to provide amplification and detection in super-regenerative receiver applications.
