Abstract
AC conductivity (sigma(ac)), dielectric constants (epsilon')) and loss factor (epsilon '') of 2 Li2O.3B(2)O(3) glass doped with V2O5 and CuO in single and mixed proportions, have been studied at different tempe ratures and frequencies. It is found that sigma(ac), epsilon' and epsi lon '' increase when 9 mol% of V2O5 is added to the glass, but sigma(a c), epsilon' and epsilon '' decrease when 9 mol% of CuO is added.
