Abstract
We have determined the nucleotide sequence of the psaAB gene cluster f rom the filamentous cyanobacterium Anabaena variabilis ATCC 29413. The se genes encode the Photosystem I reaction center proteins, which are highly homologous to similar proteins in other cyanobacteria and highe r plants.
