Abstract
This paper presents a brief overview of current uses, in 1994-1995, fo r CNET speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies in Interacti ve Voice Response Services (IVR) in France. It describes several opera tional and experimental services, and analyzes field evaluations of so me of them. Finally, this paper summarizes recent developments in the CNET speech recognition and text-to-speech technology.
