TURNOVER CUTANEOUS AND FASCIOCUTANEOUS FLAPS IN THE TREATMENT OF CUTANEOUS DEFECTS OF THE LEG

Twenty-nine cases of skin loss on the legs with bone exposure were stu died. As an alternative to other techniques, turnover dermal fat flaps and turnover fasciodermal fat flaps were used for reconstruction of t he defects. Excellent functional and aesthetic results were obtained. These flaps are easy to perform, the hospital stay is short, and there is minimal dissection in the leg.
