Abstract
Pregnancy after gastric bypass for morbid obesity is well reported; ho wever, the only maternal complications described have involved nutriti onal deficiencies. We report a case of gastrointestinal hemorrhage dur ing pregnancy resulting from erosion of a synthetic graft from a verti cal-banded gastroplasty performed 4 years previously.
