Abstract
A 74-year-old man with cholestasic hepatitis after 3 months of taking ticlopidine is presented herein. Viral serology and autoantibodies wer e negative. There was no evidence of biliary tree obstruction. After t iclopidine was discontinued, liver tests were normal in 3 months. We r eview the other cases published in the literature.
