. The authors report a case in a 31 years old comorean woman returning
from the Comores where she had been staying without correct malaria c
hemoprophylaxis by chloroquine. As previously reported, the cerebellar
syndrome occurred following an attack of malaria and improved afterwa

malaria cannot be excluded.
