Abstract
Nephrotoxicity remains a concern for patients on long-term cyclosporin e. We have previously reported on renal function in a cohort of kidney transplant recipients followed up to 10 years posttransplant. The cur rent study extends the analysis to 12 years. We find no evidence of cy closporine-induced renal failure.
