Aj. Matas et al., EFFECT OF CYCLOSPORINE ON RENAL-FUNCTION IN KIDNEY-TRANSPLANT RECIPIENTS - A 12-YEAR FOLLOW-UP, Clinical transplantation, 9(6), 1995, pp. 450-453
Nephrotoxicity remains a concern for patients on long-term cyclosporin
e. We have previously reported on renal function in a cohort of kidney
transplant recipients followed up to 10 years posttransplant. The cur
rent study extends the analysis to 12 years. We find no evidence of cy
closporine-induced renal failure.
