Abstract
The thermal expansion behavior of gamma irradiated low-density polyeth ylene has been measured over the temperature range from -100 degrees C to +10 degrees C. The influence of drawing on the gel content and the rmal expansion behavior has been related to the radiation effects in l ow-density polyethylene.
