Abstract
The techniques of preparation of silver-sheathed tape of the Tl-Ba-Ca- Cu-O superconductor with high J(c) (= 1.5 x 10(4) A/cm2, 77 K, 0 T) is reported. The experimental results show that powder packing densities and annealing temperature have important influence on J(c). The chara cter of J(c) under applied magnetic field is analyzed.
