Abstract
The purpose of this study was to (1) test the effects of various demog raphic and socioeconomic variables on perceived stress among bank mana gers in both work and nonwork environments and (2) to ascertain whethe r the correlation is significant between perceived stress in the work and nonwork environments among the same bank managers. Significant dif ferences were found between genders, among management levels, and amon g age groups. A multiple linear regression test showed a positive rela tionship between perceived stress at work and away from work.
