Abstract
Decomposition due to the annealing of the Al88Ge12 (at.%) supersaturat ed solid solution prepared by thermobaric treatment was studied by sma ll-angle neutron scattering and X-ray diffraction. Germanium atoms pre cipitated from the solution formed balls of nanoscale sizes. The depen dences of the balls' radius on the annealing temperature and time were studied.
