Abstract
N-arylmethyl substituted aminoalcohols were prepared by enantioseletiv e reductive amination of different aromatic and heteroaromatic aldehyd es using aminoalcohols and NaBH3CN as a catalyst. The reaction of opti cally active aminoalcohols afforded optically pure products.
