Abstract
We report a 53 year old woman who received a first renal cadaveric all ograft and developed ''de novo'' membranous nephropathy of stage I. Sh e presented with a nephrotic syndrome from the 2nd to 12(th) month aft er transplantation. We describe the complete and spontaneous remission of proteinuiria at the 12(th) month after transplantation. She remain s asymptomatic, without proteinuria and normal renal function, at 27 m onths after transplantation.
