A new method is proposed for the creation of a dynamic quantum superla
ttice in a two-dimensional electronic system in a semiconductor crysta
l at low temperatures. This method is based on the action of an intens
e piezoelectric field, produced by a standing transverse hypersonic wa
ve, on a two-dimensional electron system placed near the crystal sampl
e surface. The standing hypersonic wave is excited under the action of
a microwave field in a prismatic beam resonator made from a dielectri
c crystal with strong piezoelectric coupling.
