P. Petersson et Ke. Markides, CHIRAL SEPARATIONS PERFORMED BY SUPERCRITICAL-FLUID CHROMATOGRAPHY, Journal of chromatography, 666(1-2), 1994, pp. 381-394
Supercritical fluid chromatography is an attractive alternative for ch
iral separations of compounds which are not readily analyzed by gas ch
romatography. It offers fast separations, high-efficiency, low-tempera
ture analysis and access to a wide range of detectors including the ''
universal'' flame ionization detector. In this article the state of th
e art is reviewed. The technique is compared with other chromatographi
c techniques and the applicability of different chiral stationary phas
es as well as the choice of experimental conditions is discussed.
