Abstract
In relation to 12 patients whose complained of pain in the shoulder as sociated with os acromial, the authors confirmed the rarety of this an omaly of the scapula which predisposes to subacromial impingement and rotator cuff rupture. The diagnosis is radiological. It requires axill ary view of the shoulder which precisely shouws the os acromial.
