Abstract
A two-element bow-tie dipole antenna and a single-element bowtie slot antenna fabricated on a high dielectric constant (epsilon(r) = 10.2) s ubstrate are introduced for applications at millimetre-wave frequencie s. The former antenna provides 2GHz bandwidth at 35GHz and the latter 1.3GHz at 32.7GHz With a broadband match, thew antennas would yield si gnificantly higher bandwidths.
