Abstract
The title tropinyl ester, 8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl 2-isopr opylbenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylate, is an analogue of the parasympath omimetic neurotransmitter acetyl choline. The molecule is stabilized i n the observed conformation by an intramolecular C ... O interaction.
