Abstract
Enantiomer separation was studied for a set of 57 chiral drugs. With g amma-cyclodextrin as chiral solvating agent in capillary zone electrop horesis, seven enantiomeric pairs could be separated without recoursin g to an optimization procedure. Possible interaction mechanisms betwee n selector and selectand molecules are briefly discussed.
