Thirty white ''High line'' laying hens were divided into three groups, ten each. The first group was fed on thiabendazole free feedstuff as a control group. The second and the third group were fed on 2 and 4 g thiabendazole per kg feedstuff for five weeks, respectively. The exper iment was extended ten days after stopping the drug. Drop in bodyweigh t gain, egg production and egg weight were recorded in the second and third group of treatment. Reduction in serum iron concentration, RBC a nd WBC counts, HE content, PCV, and total protein in blood were also r ecorded.
