Abstract
A random rye genomic library was constracted using DNA rye digested wi th the methylation-sensitive enzyme Pst I. Insertions were ranging fro m 0.5 to 2.0 kb. Obtained low-copy clones can be used as molecular gen etic markers for detecting RFLPs.
