Abstract
Mitochondrial DNA of 24 different samples of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) were analyzed by restriction endonuclease Bam HI and Eco RI. 3 classes of mitochondrial DNA was obtained. Low level of intraspecif ic cytoplasmic variability is demonstrated.
