Abstract
Nucleoside 3'-methylphosphonofluoridates 3 and nucleoside 3'-methylflu oridophosphonothioates 5 for the first time are used directly in the s ynthesis of dinucleosidemethylphosphonates and methylphosphonothioates . The fluoridophosphonothioates 5 were separated into pure diastereome rs.
