A semiempirical model of neutrinos and charged leptons of three famili
es is presented, predicting nonconventionally m(nu c) similar or equal
to 2m (nu mu) similar or equal to m(nu tau) and successfully m(tau) =
1776.80 MeV, the latter when experimental values of m(e) and m(mu) ar
e used. The model implies for weak-interaction eigenstates the oscilla
tion nu(mu) --> nu(tau) 56 times more probable than the oscillation nu
(e) --> nu(mu) (if the latter appears).
