Abstract
Concerns exist about practices of cancer pain management in large teac hing hospitals and in community hospitals. This article presents infor mation about pain severity and patterns of analgesic medication use fo r 450 postoperative patients with pain related to cancer diagnoses in Korea. Recommendations to improve cancer pain management also are incl uded.
