Abstract
Melorheostosis is a benign sclerosing dysplasia with a very unusual an d characteristic roentgenographic appearance. We reported a patient wi th melorheostosis in the left lower extremity followed up for 14 years . Although the extraosseous lesions only slightly enlarged, the bone s cintigraphy showed the activity of the metabolism to be still high.
