Theoretical problems arising from the application of chemical thermody
namics methods in the mathematical modeling of a chemical system of lo
ng durability are considered. The probabilistic interpretation is carr
ied out as a result of stochastic variations of external effects provi
ding the compensation of experimental data errors in a system. The con
cept allows to estimate the probability of coexistence of concurrent e
quilibrium phases in terms of thermodynamics. The results of stochasti
ng modeling of equilibrium condensation of nebular matter are presente
d. Oscillating character of temperature dependence of forsterite and e
nstatite masses is established.
