Abstract
Method of measurement of the concentration of O(P-3) atoms mixed with an excess amount of N((4)s) atoms [O(P-3)] << [N(S-4)] in a flow is pr oposed. The results of calculations of the kinetics of the processes o ccurring at titration and experimental estimations of the error of the proposed method are reported.
