Abstract
A melamine derivative bearing a guanidinium ion was found to enhance t he oxidation-activity of flavin via hydrogen bonding at the N(1) posit ion of the isoalloxazine ring for the oxidation of N-benzyl-1,4-dihydr onicotinamide (BNAH) in CHCl3.
