Abstract
Novel polymers with diacetylene fragments in side chains were synthesi zed. Thermal polymerization of diacetylene groups was studied. Formati on of cross-links of unknown structure was discovered. It is assumed t hat such system of cross-links is formed via 1,2-addition of diacetyle ne groups in matrices with short-range order in the arrangement of dia cetylene fragments.
