Abstract
Several investigations have been performed to quantitate tricresyl pho sphate isomers in spiked blood samples. Recovery of 80 % was achieved by extraction with n-hexane containing internal standard. Separation o n a DB-17 capillary column and detection with a nitrogen-phosphorus de tector enabled detection limits of 10 mu g L(-1).
